Science and Technology Index (SINTA) is web-based research information system to measure the researchers performance, journals and institutions in Indonesia. It initiated in 2016 by the Director General of Strengthening Research and Development, Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. SINTA has been published electronically have Scopus and Google scholar preview contained a number of citations, h-index, i-10 index, books and patents of researchers in Indonesia, and also author profile from google scholar [1].
There are many journals in Indonesia wants to Sinta index, one of which is Folia Medica Indonesiana. Folia Medica Indonesiana has been indexed by SINTA since 2015. Of course Folia Medica Indonesiana is trying to increase its SINTA accreditation level. In 2021, Folia Medica Indonesiana, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga has been succesfully archieved SINTA 2 re-accredited from Vol.56 No.4, 2020-Vol 61 No.3, 2025 KEPUTUSAN DIREKTUR JENDERAL PENDIDIKAN TINGGI, RISET DAN TEKNOLOGI NOMOR 158/E/KPT 2021 : PERINGKAT AKREDITASI JURNAL ILMIAH PERIODE 1 TAHUN 2021 [2] . This achievement, Folia Medica Indonesiana wish to survive to provide benefits to medical science, publishing quality basic medical and clinical articles, maintaining and improving its accreditation at the national and international levels.
